Wounded Warrior 5K

Two hundred and fifty runners participated in the Wounded Warrior 5K run today. Brandin Foos organized the event and raised $5013.20. Coach and I ran together and ended with a time of 24:07. Great day for a run and cool T-shirts!

As of today, I have run a total of 518 miles in Iraq. Not quite where I should be with my goal of 1000 but who knows, I might just decide that I don't need sleep after all!
